The Word
This week’s film review is for the play, “The Word” by 7th Street Theater.
which is written and directed by Dave Christiano.
Description
The play is about theater cast members having to come up with ideas for a play, on a short deadline, that spoke to people about why the Word of God, the Bible, is important to read and have as our guide.
This will probably be one of my shortest podcasts and blogs. This play is about the power of the Word of God and it speaks for itself. The play was well done - I’ll leave it at that so that you can experience it yourself.
Psalm 27:1 speaks of the Lord as our light, salvation and strength. The Word of God stands alone - nothing is equal or above it.
Psalm 119:105 says, Your word is a lamp to my feet, And a light to my path.

Sabbath is drawing near, and as the Word of God says, this is a holy day to recognize Him as our Creator, Redeemer, Saviour and Heavenly Father. This is the 4th commandment (Exodus 20:8-11).
I wish you a Happy Sabbath wherever you are in the world and pray that the Word of God will be your ultimate authority and daily guide.
Thank you for listening to this review. Until next time - peace be with you.
